Right Food for Gastric Ulcers?

Gastric ulcers are sores in the lining of the stomach by an overproduction of stomach acid and makes other fruit juices. They are caused by several factors, one is the most common bacterium called Helicobacter pylori (prepared food or beverages). Excessive use of aspirin or other anti-inflammatory drugs may also contribute to the development of gastric ulcers. They are often treated with prescription drugs that reduce the secretion of acid strength. Many things, including food and drinks can contribute to ulcer formation and delay the healing process.

Diet
Therapies for patients with gastric ulcers are more focused on food, not to prevent, as the signing of a power system. A light diet with little or no spicy foods or acidic is ideal if you have an ulcer.
     
Milk
Milk to soothe the stomach and calcium products, but avoid creams because of its high fat content, which can cause increased acid production.
     
Fiber
Increase your fiber intake, but avoid fruit and vegetables with the skin still on them. Increase soluble fiber protects the stomach more sensitive.
     
Harmful foods
Avoid spicy foods, citrus fruits are a lot of content or a high acid content like tomatoes and tomato sauce.
     
Drinks harmful
Juice of caffeine, alcohol and fruit, acid, ulcer worse.

I had a therapy 3 weeks, some kind of combined medicaments with antibiotics 1mg but after 1 week i started to drink, eat and smoke more than usual and Pain is back and im loseing weight.. i call my doctor and he say that i have to do visit him for gastroscopy.. do i have cancer or just H-pylory is still in me or the ulcers are speading please help
